Great spot for couples looking for comfort
The room was far more generous than anticipated for typical NYC rooms with a private balcony which was a real bonus even in the colder season I really appreciated that tub too it was the most comfortable soaking tub I've ever enjoyed
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got

We had a lovely stay featuring a surprisingly spacious room with a private balcony and an amazing soaking tub that made our evenings feel extra special. The rooftop bar was a nice touch for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed a rejuvenating massage at the spa. A minor hiccup was the slow elevator, but it didn't take away from our great experience overall. 😊

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Museum of Arts and Design to appreciate the innovative craft displays and caught some live music at Carnegie Hall. The location was perfect for our group, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything. Highly recommend for a fun trip!
One downside was the staff's lack of attentiveness during our arrival. We felt a bit ignored by the doormen who didn't help with our luggage when it was pouring rain.

We enjoyed our stay, especially our visit to Central Park, where we had a lovely family picnic. The vibrant atmosphere and easy access to nearby attractions made it a fun experience for all four of us. The staff was quite friendly.
My wife says that the bathroom lighting was quite dim, making it difficult for her to get ready. A brighter bathroom would be an improvement for families.
